Certified Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator

Tiffany is a mama of two and a passionate birthworker, living in Orange County, NY. She absolutely loves birth and all the phases that lead up to birth. Full-heartedly supporting mamas for a fearless, life-changing birth is one of her favorite things to do!
Tiffany first knew that she wanted to support women as a doula over ten years ago, after having her first-born. She was in massage therapy school at the time, working, and adjusting to being a new mom. It was challenging to balance it all, so as God would have it, many years went by until she pursued that dream of hers. She was planning to have her second child when she finally became a doula in January 2021. There were no mistakes made in the way things unfolded because little did she know that God would plan it this way so that she could also prepare herself for a life-changing birth that she would have just 10 months later. Through the journey of becoming a birthworker, she was able to work on her own fears and insecurities around birth. This laid the foundation for the work Tiffany does with all of her pregnant mamas. She also created a birth workbook called Fearless Mama Birth, which is given to all of her birth doula clients as a birth prep guide.
Tiffany's own health challenges led her on a holistic path since 2011. She was able to heal from endometriosis and fibroids. She realized that she wanted to help other women who struggle with fertility challenges. Her education in holistic health, herbs, and homeopathy has allowed her to help women trying to conceive and who struggle with fertility challenges.
Tiffany is honored to be a part of each and every birth experience she’s invited into. She looks forward to connecting with more mamas in the Hudson Valley!

I began practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2002 and I specialize in fertility, prenatal, postpartum and infant massage. I also offer Reiki, Yoga, Childbirth Education and Postpartum Doula support.
My love and study of traditional healing arts coupled with an educational background in biology offers a me a unique approach to working with clients and students alike. I attended the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, prior to which I earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology and studied herbal medicine at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine. I received advanced training in Perinatal Massage, Infant Massage, Medical Massage, Reiki, and Anatomy Trains. Once I began working with pregnant mothers, I became enchanted by this sacred time in a woman's life.
My own journey of pregnancy began with my son, who was born in 2008. I quickly learned that the sacred time of pregnancy can be scary and challenging. In walking this path as a single mother, I decided to learn and research traditional birth practices. I found an amazing yoga teacher, went to weekly prenatal yoga and attended childbirth education. These experiences grounded me and allowed me to feel at ease, confident and grateful during my pregnancy. I had a powerful and transformative birth experience where I was supported by my yoga practice, a birth doula and a nurse midwife. Having traveled the sacred journey of birth, I wanted to help other women and families.
My next steps were clear.... I completed a 200-hour Yoga teacher training, attended Pre and Postnatal Yoga training, trained as a Lamaze Childbirth Educator, Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, and Infant Massage Educator. Through my journey I have cultivated a deep respect for the innate wisdom and healing ability of the body, mind and spirit. I am extremely thankful for my teachers, students, clients and colleagues alike. I am the founder of Tree of Life Healing Arts, a Westchester based wellness practice offering Massage, Reiki, Yoga, Childbirth Education and Postpartum doula support.

I am a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula and Fertility Support Person. I am a IVF mother of three, including twins. I became passionate about women's health and advocacy while in the the trenches of unexplained infertility. I felt my success in having my children was solely based on my personal research and advocation. When my first daughter, Siena, was born, I suffered from birth trauma which lead to postpartum anxiety. I knew instantly that my purpose was to help women to have a more prepared and positive birth and postpartum experience. I was further motivated and eager to become educated in birth, postpartum and family support as I found the resources available to new parents are limited but very much needed.
I took the last three years to be a stay-at-home mom and take the necessary courses, workshops, and hands-on experiences to be fully prepared to help others. I hold a wealth of knowledge in preconception care and IVF for those looking for someone to educate them on the process while offering emotional support. In addition, I am a safe sleep ambassador who assists new parents with newborn sleep safety and training. Each of my services include candid photography for parents to have fond memories of their birth or early days with baby. I look forward to serving the families of Hudson Valley!
