DR. LINDA KIM is an adult psychiatrist, specializing in women's mental health across the lifespan. She is the founder of Moon Mental Health, a virtual practice that is dedicated to serving the mental health needs of families, especially during their birthing years and beyond.
Prior to starting Moon Mental Health, Dr. Kim was the Chief of Psychiatry of a large psychiatric department, and then also became an executive leader as Chair and Director for the organization, leading the strategic operations of the mental health delivery system, serving over 4 million members in that community.
It was after serving this role that she built Moon Mental Health, desiring to offer care that supported families through oftentimes missed issues, such as Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, infertility, IVF journeys, perinatal care, and the menopausal transition. Dr. Kim has obtained additional training to understand the influences of hormonal shifts on mood and mental health.
Dr. Kim offers virtual care throughout NY, CA, PA, and MA.
